multifileprocesser returning \t\t\t\n\

I am using an agent to read a text document attach to a chat by user, The Multifile processer is able to read the document but in the output its returning many special characters like

\t\t\t\n\

i have written prompt to remove Remove all escape characters (\t, \n, \r but its not working.

can someone help with this
