Is there a way by which transfer order are created always in firm status

Summary:

Currently, one of the subsidiary is using very limited oracle and manually creatign transfer order however it is not maintaining demand in the Oracle.

In source org, when Supply Plan is run, Planning engine suggests to cancel this Transfer order and therefore not planning for that.

In order not to have cancel recommendation, we advised users to firm the transfer orders however as number of users are very huge, they often forget to firm the planned orders.

We wanted to explore here if there is any way by which user can create transfer orders alwasy in firm status in Inventory.
