Enterprise Start date for seniority date rule is changing when cumulative is set to NO.

Hello Team,

We would like to seek clarification regarding the behavior of the Seniority "Enterprise Start Date" in relation to the "Cumulative" setting, specifically in cases of rehire.

We have observed that when the "Cumulative" parameter is set to NO, the Seniority "Enterprise Start Date" is changing upon rehire. However, when the "Cumulative" parameter is set to YES, the "Enterprise Start Date" remains unchanged and reflects the original rehire date.

Could you please confirm if there is any Oracle documentation available that explains the impact and functionality of the "Cumulative" setting for the "Enterprise Start Date"?
