New Fusion Oracle Cloud Account Sign In - onPremiseidP2 single sign-on

With the introduction of the new sign in screen, are there any opportunities to amend how this new screen is presented for users.

For example, our existing login screen appears as follows, with a Company Single Sign-On button that users click to login:

The new login screen looking as follows has a less easy to follow instruction, with a button labelled 'onPremiseidP2'. Can the text for his button be changed, and/or the button be respositioned to appear more prominently?
