Replica of Process Control from HFM in FCCS

We are migrating from HFM to FCCS and the client wants a Process Control–style view in FCCS (similar to what they consume today): for each Entity, they want a single, easy-to-read status row showing:

• current Approval Phase / Stage (Phase 1 / Phase 2 / Phase 3)
• workflow state (Not Started / In Progress / Promoted / Approved / Locked, etc.)
• whether required validations are Pass/Fail
• ideally, quick indicators for “ready to promote” vs “blocked”

We have configured phased submission using Approval Groups (3 phases). FCCS provides an out-of-box approvals/system report, but it is horizontal and becomes difficult to read (1000+ lines) due to ~300 entities × 3 phases. We are looking for a way to produce a
