"Ask Oracle" in agentic AI studio page not working
Summary:
When attempting to launch “Ask Oracle” within the Agentic AI Studio page, I consistently receive the error message: “Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.”
I have already executed the required TWI schedule processes:
- Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Documents
- Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Objects and Attributes
I am also able to access and use other agents in Agentic AI Studio, which confirms that my roles and access privileges are correctly assigned.
Despite this, “Ask Oracle” remains inaccessible.
Requesting assistance to investigate and resolve this issue.
