Is there a REST endpoint available to support user access management in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM)? We are exploring the feasibility of managing user access provisioning and de-provisioning through APIs from an external Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Governance tool. Any guidance, documentation references, or implementation insights related to OTM/GTM access provisioning would be greatly appreciated.
