After the 26A upgrade, while validating the video functionality for Self-Paced courses with video content.

We have identified an issue where:

When a learner tries to launch a self-paced course containing video content

  • The video does not load,
  • As a result, learners are unable to proceed with or complete the course.

This issue is impacting learners who are enrolled in courses with video-based content.
