Recognize Awards - Can this be sent to performance management?

Do you know if the recognition module can integrate with Career & Performance? Meaning, for instance, can any messages of accolades provided by an employee’s manager or colleagues or perhaps the number of points awarded in a year be pulled into the performance review? I hear from peers at other companies with other tools that their recognition platforms can feed data to their performance platform.
