Redwood Work Orders UI
Summary:
A few observations/questions with regards to the Redwood Work Orders (New) UI as a replacement for the Manage Work Orders Classic UI:
When the Print Label action in the Redwood UI is selected it produced the standard Product Label rather than the version of the RTF file that had been copied from the seeded template, modified and designated as the default. This works in the Classic UI. Is there some other step(s) to be taken to get this to work from the Redwood UI?
In the Redwood UI WO rescheduling from resource levels as updates to Resource Usage can't be used subsequently to reschedule the WO from this UI nor the Work Orders Landing Page. Reschedule option is only available in the Work Execution Landing Page drill down to the Work Order and doesn't reflect updated resource usage rate and/or start/completion dates. This all works in the Classic UI so is there something else to be done to get the same behavior out of the Redwood one?
