My question is whether this process genuinely identifies the learner who has completed the SCORM content until the last but due to a network failure their status is still In Progress and converts them to Completed?

For a scenario if a learner has a network issue or closed the content accidentally during the start or in between the course, will that learner status be remained In Progress or converted to Completed after this process is succeeded?

What should be the ideal Grace Period that needs to be given and what does the grace period's actual work in this process?
