How to configure access to new Oracle Cloud Analytics URL ? (TEST and DEV2)

Summary:

We want to configure access to the new Oracle Cloud Analytics URL on our TEST and DEV2 environments, following the documentation you provided. However, even at step 1, we are unable to access it despite creating a group on IDCS as requested and adding users to that group. When we log in to our account via Ping ID and launch the URL, we encounter the following message: "Your Analytics service is currently paused by your system administrator."

Could you guide us through the configuration process? Do we need to create a new user?

I wanted to create a SR but it suggested I go through a CCC instead
