We are trying to create a lease with advance payment option and facing issues in it

Summary:

We are trying to create a lease with advance payment option, Generate Invoice at Asset level, Lease start date -01/04/2025 and there should be 12 payments starting from 01/04/2025 to 01/03/2026, non-cancellable lease term -12, Interest rate 4%.

Periodic lease payment date should be 01/04/2025 and similarly for all months. When we create that, payments are not starting from 01.04.2025 and its starting from 01.05.2025 and we are getting only 11 months of payment, while we need 12 months. Also, the interest calculation is not starting from 1st month.

We want to create lease in such a way that advance payment happens on 1st of the month for all months and similarly interest calculation also takes place.
