Quote to Purchase Requisition Assistant Error UOM

Summary:

Quote to Purchase Requisition Assistant Agent has been created by copying the seeded template, no changes have been made. We are finally getting some requisitions created through the email process but some are returning a UOM error at the CREATE_PURCHASE_REQUISITION node (LineNumber 1: The UOM is disabled. (POR-2010265)). The detail in the payload indicates the UOM selected is "BOX" which does not exist in our system (we use "BX" for box). I reviewed the prompts in the agent team and it specifically states that the agent should only use defined UOMs. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
