Why are no learning assignments showing in the Redwood Learning Assignments list?

Summary:
After enabling the Redwood Learning Assignment page, no assignments are listed when using filters, unless searching a specific employee name. Even when searching a specific Learning Title, with Assignment Status filtered to Complete, I see the numbers on the 'scoreboard,' but no names show in the list. Thoughts?
