Timezone field is empty in Address / Location tables. is there a process to update TIMEZONE_CODE?

Summary:

For each work Location, we need Time zone. I see this field is empty in Location table, Address tables. I read some process has to be run to populate this field?

Anyone knows how to populate this field. TIMEZONE_CODE in PER_LOCATION_DETAILS_F table.
