DFF fields not displaying on Redwood Departments page

We recently were asked by Oracle in an SR to Refresh & Deploy Offline the Manage Extensible Flexfield PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF. This resolved our issue we were having the with the Manager field on the department. But now, we're noticing that our two DFF fields are no longer displaying on the Departments UI Redwood page. They are still displayed and work as expected on the Responsive Manage Departments page. I redeployed our two DFF's under Manage Descriptive Flexfields but that did nothing to fix the issue. Are there other things I need to do/try or should I log an SR?
