Moving seeded account members to a custom parent

Accounts FCCS_CICTA and FCCS_OR OBFXCICTA were moved from below listed seeded parents to a custom parent. That has resulted in a calculation issue for account FCCS_OR OBFXCICTA

The change was done in sometime in Q2 of FY25. I have read the documentation and i understand we should have avoided this change. But it is already done and wanted to check if someone else was in a similar situation and what was done to fix the issue?
