Fusion “Identity upgrade” section missing under Maintenance for all envs (Dev/Test/Prod)
Summary:
We received Oracle’s announcement for “Upcoming Exception Migration to Identity and Access Management (IAM)” and are scheduled for Identity Upgrade on our Fusion Applications environment family. However, in the Oracle Cloud Console → Environment family → Maintenance area, the “Identity upgrade” section is not visible for any of our environments (Dev/Test/Prod). This prevents us from performing the required pre‑upgrade actions (downloading SAML metadata, configuring SP/IdP, testing, and acknowledging completion) which must be completed ≥72 hours before the first downtime window.
