25D Learning Assignments I Made - what are the statuses that managers can see

In the 25D feature notes for Enhanced Learner Assignment for Managers the notes state:
If you click an assignment, a drawer opens and shows the creation status for each learner. So you know right away if assignments were successful, are still processing, or encountered errors--with explanations for the errors.
Enhanced Learner Assignment for Managers
Can someone please confirm if that is explicitly the creation status of the assignment the line manager made - I feel that is what the notes mean, but just want to confirm - and not to be confused with the status of the learning assignment for the learner?
