Course/Offering Status Code Change Impacting BIP Report Output Across Environments

Summary:

We created a BIP report in DEV2 using the status codes ORA_COU_ACTIVE (Course Status) and ORA_CLS_ACTIVE (Offering Status). The report had been working correctly, but after 10‑Feb‑2026, it started returning no data.
During analysis, we found that these status codes no longer return results. After updating the status code to ORA_ACTIVE, the report began returning data successfully. We migrated the updated report to TEST and PRODUCTION. It works correctly in TEST (26A), but in PRODUCTION (25D) it still returns no data.
To validate further, we tested in lower environments:

DEV3 – 25D: Status codes displayed are ORA_COU_ACTIVE and ORA_CLS_ACTIVE
