Talent Profile Not Created for Future Dated Hires

Hi All,

We have noticed that when we hire an employee with a future hire date, the talent profile is not created immediately in the system. Instead, it is only generated on the employee’s effective hire date. Is there any workaround or configuration that allows the talent profile to be created on the hire creation date itself, even for future dated hires?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
