Upload Serial numbers Via FBDI for work order output

Hi,

I’m trying to update a work order with serial numbers at the work order header level. The work order type is Rework, and all the serial numbers involved are currently in “Resides in Stores” status.

When I upload the FBDI file (WorkOrderTemplate.xlsm) using the Import Work Order ESS job, the record is rejected with the following error:

“Serial number XXXX to be associated to the work order is not at status Defined but not Used in inventory. The value provided for the Serial Number attribute is invalid. Value provided: XXXX.”

However, I can update the serial number
