Unable to View\Create terminated employee time cards

Summary:

As a admin, when I try to open time card of terminated employee, system shows below error:
"You need permission to process time cards. Contact your time and labor manager. (HXT-1665163)"
"No time card exists for the current period"

Is there any way to view time card of terminated employees ?

Also Is it possible to input a time card for a terminated employee as an admin ?
Scenario is the employee has been terminated with a date of 7-Jan-2026, but we need to input a time card for the week 2nd - 8th Feb,2026.
If we try searching via the Add other Time Card Redwood page, we are unable to search for the employee.
