Is there any way to prevent data exchange from running the export step and loading data into FCCS if the source trial balance data is unbalanced?

We have a situation where the direct feed from Fusion is coming into FCCS out of balance - Fusion team is working to figure out why as we are pulling ALL level 0 members from every segment. Client would like to configure data exchange such that if the source data (which is in +/- format) is out of balance, the process will stop and data will not load to FCCS.
