Guided Journeys - How to show tasks based on role?

Hello experts,

Our purpose is to replace the buttons we used to put with Page Composer on Skills and Qualifications page with Guided Journeys' tasks.

We are required to put those tasks at Page level, so they are collected into a Guided journey, and we can navigate from one task to another.

The issue is that some of the tasks should only be seen from the HR, other can be seen from employee as well; basically, we want to segregate the view based on the role.
