Prevent Local Job Title from Defaulting After Job Selection
Hello -
Currently, in responsive employment flows (Hire, Promote, Transfer):
- The Local Job Title field initially appears blank
- Once a Job is selected, the Local Job Title automatically defaults to the Job Name
- We have already configured the profile option ORA_PER_EMPL_DEFAULT_BUSINESS_TITLE_FROM = Retain User Changes
While this allows us to override and retain the Local Job Title after defaulting, we still want the Local Job Title to remain blank and not default at all, even after selecting a Job.
Questions:
- Is there any delivered configuration, profile option, or setup that allows the Local Job Title to remain blank after Job selection?
