Recommendation for third party integration user access options

Summary:

We have a request to leverage a third‑party training vendor to deliver specialized training experiences. The intent is for:

• Users to authenticate in Oracle HCM as they do today.
• Users can seamlessly access the third‑party training site.
• The experience is intuitive for learners and consistent with our current learning model.
• We avoid unnecessary complexity, especially related to security, roles, and ongoing maintenance.
• We follow an approach that scales, as we anticipate similar additional vendor integration requests in the future.

One option that has been proposed internally is to create a dedicated tile in Oracle HCM for this training vendor, which would launch users to the external site.
