Learning Assignments Moving to Skipped Status – Purge Strategy, Root Causes, and Recommendations

Summary:

We are currently facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Learning where a significant number of learning assignments are moving to Search Skipped Assignments within the Learning Assignment process.

From our analysis, the skipped assignments appear to be occurring primarily due to scenarios such as:

• Duplicate assignment attempts
• Insufficient security privileges for assignment processing

As the volume of skipped assignments is increasing, we would like to understand Oracle’s recommended approach for managing and maintaining these records.

Specifically, we are looking for guidance on:

• Recommended strategy to purge or clean up skipped learning assignments
• Any Oracle documentation that outlines the conditions under which learning assignments are skipped
