Custom Agent Event not working in SERVPROV domain

Agent event created in custom domain not getting invoked in SERVPROV domain

I've attached the screenshot of agent event & agent header below.

I've given a screenset in the SERVPROV domain where the user can update the ATTRIBUTE14 of the SHIPMENT table based on which this agent should get triggered as well but it is not working as expected.

The agent works fine in my custom domain in which I've created the agent, I've alread experimented with the "Run As" field on the agent header & haven't been able to achieve the desired outcome.
