Create Alert for Custom Visas and Permits

Summary:

We have a requirement to Create Alert for Visas and Permits.

Scenario 1: Visa and Permit information is added to the Fusion system. Once submitted, this should trigger an approval workflow. This requires an FYI notification is sent to supervisor and approval is needed from the HR manager.

For this we have created approval group specifying the HR manager's email.

for the configuration of approvals I have created a simple rule by navigating to Transaction console uncheck bypass approvals for Visa and Permits and created this basic rule

When I submit a new Visa and Permit information, it is still auto approved rather than triggering the required approval workflow.
