Unable to edit Work Email Address on My Client Groups > Contact Info

Summary:

We are currently on 25D and implementing Redwood. Upon review, we found that the Primary Work Email Address cannot be edited in My Client Groups > Contact Info. Even when a user has the Human Resource Specialist role, this functionality remains disabled. We would like to seek assistance to enable this so that we can meet our client requirement. Thank you!
