Job Catalog – Is it possible to associate multiple Job SubFamilies to a single Job?

Summary:

Hello everyone,

We are currently configuring the Job Catalog in Oracle HCM.

Our business requirement is to associate multiple Job SubFamilies under the same Job Family to a single Job.

However, the system allows selecting only one Job SubFamily per Job.

If we select only the Job Family and leave the Job SubFamily blank, does the Job inherit all SubFamilies associated with that Family?Or is it mandatory to create one Job per SubFamily in order to properly classify them?

We would like to understand the intended data model logic and best practice in this scenario.
