Learning Assessments (Exams/Scoring Questionnaires)

Summary:

The data associated them is held with the Talent and Performance area of Fusion. We need a report that can be run by a 'Learning - Read Only' role (and the Learning - Specialist role) to enable them to review the questions presented to a leaner in an exam, and see the answers that they gave. The report should be filtered by entry of a person number or Name, allow the selection of the assessment requiring review. The returned data should have the question text, available answer options, Question Type, and Score awarded to the learner for their answer
