IPM insights calendar not updating real time, also calendar mapping not working for monthly

IPM insights calendar not reflecting real time updates, also for Monthly frequency in date mapping not working

After making any update to IPM calendar, it is not reflecting real time & also it is not allowing any further update with below error message:

'You are trying to make update that has been updated by user in any other server'.

While selecting date mapping as monthly, the mapping export file is exporting blank file & no date is getting mapped. Is there any pre-requisite for date mapping monthly?
