Query on Benefits - AI Agent
We were trying to test the embedded AI Agent related to Benefits module.
Created the template and tried to test it out in ESS with an employee login.
When entered the question in the Ask Oracle section, it is throwing below error for all the queries;
Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.
And not providing the required answer for the queries.
Try with multiple users still the same issue.
AI Agents tested - Benefits Analyst - AI Agent , Benefits Plan Advisor Agent
Kindly suggest.
