Supported File Formats for Fusion AI Agents – In-Chat File Upload

I am currently working on the in-chat file upload feature in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.

It has been observed that the agent is able to extract information from PDF, CSV, TXT, and image files. However, it is unable to extract information from Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) formats.

Could anyone please confirm the officially supported file formats for in-chat file uploads? Also, is there any documentation available for supported formats?

Note: Currently using the 26A release.
