How to enable the warning message if there is concurrency of absence transaction

in Workforce Management

Hi All,

Our client recently updated the setup of the absence type to enable concurrency for ESS, MSS and Admin Transaction. We have tested in Development Environment. If user applies two absence types in the same day, the warning message (ANC-3405137) will be prompted. However, after the deployment, there is no warning message (ANC-3405137) prompted. We want to prompt the warning message (ANC-3405137). What should we do? Thanks in advance.
