Create a placeholder for item description field when a similar description already exist?

Summary:

Hi Team,

Currently the item creation is Sequence Generated. But in the description, they are looking to have a placeholder or suggestion like say when I type Battery in description, they want system to display all items thats created with description as Battery. We suggested to use "Browse Items" to enter the description with search criteria as "contains" and include the value to check if there are items thats already present. But they want it in the item creation page. Is there any item rule we can create where it returns all values with similar description?
