Autoconversion of Pending Workers we have a Failure log "not in list of values"

Summary:

In our ESS Log for AUtonconversion of Pending Workers we have a Failure log: Cause for failure : JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: Abrechnungskreis **** is not in the list of values..

"Abrechnungskreis" is a DFF, but it's mandatory and filled. Also, the error message LISTS the correct value, but then says its not in the list of values. What are we missing? This used to work just fine…
