Under New Agent Team we do not see any values LLM Provider field

Summary:

When trying to create a new agent team, we are not able to see/select any values in the provider field on the LLM tab. I believe it maybe has something to do with permission groups. I created a custom role and enabled permission groups but not sure exactly what to add for permission groups or how that works.
