Need the ability to view Budgetary Control transactions and reports for admin users. This is currently restricted to Project Managers.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have recurring issues where reservation/liquidation errors exist but we are unable to research these to provide details to Oracle in an SR for guidance. The project PM's are usally senior management so it's challenging to get this data timely. We're also unable to proactively identify the issue. Is it possible to give Admin users access for this functionality? If not, could you please share the SQL to recreate the Budget and Transactions exports from Budgetary Control within BIP?
