Flat structure display in user variable

Hi Gurus,

Is there any way to display the user variable in flat structure rather than as hierarchical.

Ex: - We have kept "Changes in Net Income" movement only in user variable definition but in the form its coming in hierarchical view. we don't need the hierarchy.

Workaround could be using filter but is there any better approach to display only members in flat structure define in the user variables
