Configurability of Mandatory Field Highlighting and Optional Field Visibility in ADFDI Template for

We have received a business requirement regarding the ADFDI spreadsheet template (Expenditure Batch Upload) used for Project Transaction uploads in Project Costing.
Currently, when the ADFDI file is downloaded, all fields are displayed without clear differentiation between mandatory and non-mandatory fields. This creates confusion during transaction entry and may result in data entry errors.
The business would like to confirm whether the following is configurable in the current system:
- Can mandatory fields be automatically highlighted (e.g., through predefined formatting or visual indicators) in the downloaded ADFDI template?
- Is there any configuration option to hide non-mandatory (optional) fields by default during transaction entry?
