:Redwood:In Additional Person Information Page,Instead of skill name,skill code is showing

Summary:

In Additional Person Information page,when we are adding secondary skill for the first time,skill code is showing instead of skill name.But once we save and come back to the Skills page the correct name is shown as expected.

For Employees,who have a Secondary skill already, the issue is not there. Also, same issue is not there when we are adding Primary Skill at first.

This happens after 26A.
