Ability to Resend or Schedule Reminder for Welcome Email Activation

Is it possible to send a reminder email or configure the Welcome email to be automatically resent to pending workers who have not yet activated their accounts?
I am aware that the Welcome email can be resent manually; however, my question is whether there is an option to automate the resend process for users who have not completed account activation.
