Disable the Delete button in OGL

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to disable the Delete button on the Dependency page for all users except HR users.

We identified that this can potentially be achieved using Step Condition in the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Console by applying a role-based condition. However, in the Client OGL Console, we are unable to find the “user_role” option in the Step Condition name dropdown.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Is role-based restriction (based on user role) supported in Step Conditions within OGL?
  2. If yes, how can we enable or configure the “user_role” condition in the console?
  3. If not, what is the recommended approach to restrict or control button visibility based on role using OGL?
