Workflow set up to a Specific Job

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to setup the approvals to a specific Job?

Say, employee creates a DOR and 1st level approval to a specific Job(say Senior Manager) and 2nd Level approval should go to (Principal Consultant).

We do not have any levels defined at Job level.
