How to apply po managing restrictions based on gl segment value

l'm working on a requirement in Oracle Fusion Procurement an d l would appreciate some guidance on the best supported approach.

 

l need to allow multiple buyers belonginng to the same organizational unit ("Direzione") to:

 

1)View all purchase Orders related to their Direzione

2) Edit and manage those PO

3) Not have access to purchase orders belonging to other Direzioni.

 

The direzione is identified by segment 7 of the Gl Code combinatio used in the PO distributions.

 

At the moment:

 

1)Buyers can only access and manage the purchase Orders they created.

2) Granting access at the Business Unit level is not an option,because it would expose all PO's in the BU, including those from other Direzioni.
