Unable to link User Account created in OAG to Existing Person Record in FA getting : LOV_PersonNumbe

Summary:

We’re facing a provisioning failure from Oracle Access Governance (OAG) to Fusion Applications (FA) when creating a user account and populating Person Number via outbound transformation. We are trying to Provision FA user accounts from OAG and link the created user account to an existing Person record in FA. LDAP sync attempt did not resolve it.

Failed to create account :: ex.provisioninguser :: ex.updatePersonNumberFailed :: ex.httpError400[{detail=Applying List binding LOV_PersonNumber with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :UserAccount, key oracle.jbo.Key[REDACTED], o:errorCode=25072}]
